Christmas 2010

Had decide to put up the tree at the very last minute. The whole family was there at our house: Viet, Thi, Kaylee, Nathan, the grandparents, Danny and Nam.

The kids mostly got what they asked for. We received a very nice gift from Danny..a big toaster that also incorporated in a rotisserrie.
Kara got her zhu zhu pets, Peter got some sort of tonka truck and a small train set with three trains, lots of clothes.
Quite the production having the kids rip out all of the presents.

Pre -Christmas at Miss Sam's

Miss Sam had a pre-Christmas party with a surprise Santa visit.

Peter got a little remote car from Santa.

Kara got a jewery box with paints.

The girls got to do some crafts and singing and playing. Jade is part vietnamese, last name Nguyen. Found out that she didn't know how to speak vietnamese since her dad doesn't either.

Thanksgiving 2010

The Grandparents were in Vietnam. I got the families together. Viet, Thi with Kaylee and Nathan, and Danny.

We got snow early this year.

The Thanksgiving Feast I cooked up. Yum, yum


After the Lunch the kids did a little playing.




Found out later why Nam didn't come. He got pulled over and the car got impounded since he didn't have registration for the car. What a bum for Nam.

Busted garage Coil

We heard a pang this morning when I went to open the double garage door.
Could'n figure out why the door was not rolling up. Look at what Marek found. A broken winding.

Searched online on how to fix this. Saw lots of video on taking off the coils and placing in a new one. All of the video said that it was very dangerous if you don't know what you a doing. So, we decided to call in a professional to fix it. Cost~ $200.00 Ouch, Oh well. It only took the guy half an hour at the most to take off the broken one and install a new one!

Birthday fun at the Tucker's house

We went over the Aaron and Tina's house for a surprise birthday party for Aaron.  I'm envious of Tina in which she can carry this out.  I wouldn't know how to throw a suprise party.  Got caught up with a lot of old friends.

My baby boy turns 3!!! Still in diapers and not potty training anytime soon. What a firecracker!!
