Halloween trick-a-treating

Peter wore the spiderman costume to The Child Garden for their halloween party.  Then he wore it again for trick-o-treating around the neighborhood that night.  They went around the neighborhood wiht the cousins, Uncle Viet and grandpa in tow.  Was funny that Peter had a tough time at the scarier houses..wouldn't go near them to get some candy, staying near an adult and saying "don't like, don't like".  Kaylee and Nathan wore their taikwando uniform.

pre-Halloween fun 2011

Got the kids dressed in their chosen Halloween costume to go Trunk-a-treat at a local church the day before Halloween..There was free face painting, games, hay rides, trick-a-treating in a safe area...Yeah for free!!

Peter chose to be spiderman, and Kara of course a princess..

Halloween morning 2011

 The morning of Halloween..Kara went to school as a cowgirl(so cute) and Peter tolerated being a dinosaur for mommy to take a picture.

Vietnamese spring festival

We went to the Vietnamese spring festival at the Sienna Casino Saturday.  Got everybody dressed up.

Her first homework from 1st grade.  Her teacher's name is Mrs. Major.  I had trouble remembering her name until Marek gave a hint of "remember the movie Major Pane":>)
