My grandpa passed away

My grandpa, my Mom's dad, the kids great-granddad passed away.  I believe he was nearing 90.  He was having lots of difficulties, going blind from an infection, lost of appettite, not being able to move around by himself at the end.  Hopefully, he's more at peace now.
It was very hard on my Mom.  The last time I saw him was when I visited Vietnam back in 1996.  The kids don't really understand, they've never met him.

Yeda leaving going back to Czech

Last day-June 9th, Marek's dad's going back to Czech after a month of visit.  The kids loves him!!  It was great that he was able to spend some time with his som and the grandkids.  He got to see his son graduate with a Master degree,  Kara graduate 1st grade, and Kara's 7th  birthday.

Yeah!!! Kara graduated 1st grade, my big girl.  Now summer vacation begins.
This year we're letting her go to Judy's Kidz club at Hunsberger for three days a week.  She's so excited to get to hang out with some of her school friends during the summer.

Tahoe visit with Yeda

Makek's dad is visiting for a month.  We took him up to Emerald bay, Tahoe.
There was fun at the fall and the beach.  As always, beautiful.
