knee update-5-19-09- 7th week

Going on 7th week. Had PT today, everything working good so far. Karen did a measurement:
Flexion: 135deg and extension: -1. Getting back some of the overextension..for my leg it's normal to have -4.

Biking- 20mins
leg raises- 30lb both legs, 3 set of 10
0lb with a rubber half-ball one leg. 3 set of 10
one leg balance- 3 set 15sec
one leg squat- 3 set of 10
rubber band up thigh- side raise : 3 set of 10
back straight leg raise : 3 set of 10
step up, step down: 3 set of 10
step over: 3 set of 10

sitting on ball foot slide: 3 set of 10

Karen worked on the scar tissues- hurt!!!
